Hello , I joined the Spark People in February 2010, I find this site very Encouraging & Positive & it helps me to stay focused and motivated... that is as long as I login. Which brings to the point that I have to admit I have been away for a year. Soooo....starting over again. :-)

I'm HAVING THE OPPOSITE PROBLEM I CANT GET MY FAT COUNT UP I'm USUALLY UNDER BY 10 BUT I GET THE REST DONE , BUT I EAT A LOT OF VEGETABLES MY FAVORITE LUNCH IS SUBWAYS VEGGIE HERO WITH EXTRA SWEET PEPPERS AND HONEY DEJON MUSTARD,ONLY 255 CALORIES,AND I MAKE HARD BOILED EGGS AND EAT THE WHITES ONLY,3 IS ONLY 45 , SALSA, CUT UP ZUCCHINI AND BABY CARROTS, I WOULD RATHER HAVE CAKE ICECREAM AND COOKIES BUT THAT IS HOW I GAINED--- ONE DONUT AT A TIME,HAHA YOUR WORK OUT IS GREAT, ARE YOU USING THERE MENU OR YOURS?I MAKE OUT MY FULL DAYS MENU THE NIGHT BEFORE AND TWEAK IT TO BE SURE THE NUMBERS ARE RIGHT THAT WAY I DON'T NEED TO MAKE ANY DECISIONS ABOUT WHAT I AM GOING TO EAT THE NEXT DAY , MAYBE THIS WILL HELP YOU. NEVER GIVE UP YOU CAN DO THIS,THE SUMMER IS COMING AND WE ARE GOING TO LOOK GREAT!! emoticon DONNA

i go to the y 3x a week, i always do cardio first 10 min treadmill 10 min elliptical, 10 mins bike, sometime that is it if i have things to do , but if i have more time i do 30 min in with the weight machines .and on other days i will swim for 30 mins, that's why i love the ymca they have so much to offer and the trainers are always there to guide you for free. i lost 4 lbs this week, that is good but to fast, my fitness page says i over exercised ,, hhahahahah now that is funny.how are you doing emoticon
