Hey everyone... I'm ready to make some positive changes in my lifestyle. I've slowly been gaining weight over the past couple of years and it's finally caught up to me and I'm not feeling all that great about myself. I need some support and hopefully can help some other people out on my way.

I just started the South Beach Diet and I am really enjoying it. I never used to cook before and it is really FUN! I can't even imagine going back to the way I used to eat and I am looking ...
