My Goals:
*Goal Weight: 120lbs

*Tone arms; get rid of excess "flub"

*Feel confident in a bikini

*Run a half marathon



My Program:
Right now I'm using the Atkins Diet, and I am in my first week of Induction/Phase 1.

I also have a goal of going to the gym at least three times a week for cardio.

Personal Information:
I'm currently a student, and everyone says that college are the worst years for gaining weight and their overall health. I totally agree!

I'm hoping to rise above this, and get back to my healthy weight range of 125-120lbs aka pre-college years.

I'd love to have another Sparkie Running Buddy! I started running in May and I can only run a mile but I haven't really pushed myself super hard to get any farther. There's a 5K in my area at the end of August so I've really gotta push myself. I did have an injury that put me back a couple weeks and now I think I've developed shin splints. emoticon I've just been pushing through it as much as possible. This week is going to be difficult for running because it's going to be SUPER humid. And running in humidity is NEVER fun! But I need to build endurance and get used to it.

As far as my diet, I'm doing a cleansing diet that my best friend and her mom have done. I did it once, a year and a half ago. I lost 8lbs in the first 2 weeks and then didn't lose anything the last 2 weeks (it's a 30 day cleanse). After that I'll start slowly introducing things back into my diet, but not everything. I'd kinda like to keep the whole Fruits, Veggies and Lean Meats thing.
