Lose 30 pounds and have a healthier body, mind and spirit.

My Program:
1) Drink 8 cups of water per day.

2) Lose at least 3 lbs. a month.

3) Work out 30 minutes a day.

4) Walk over 10,000 steps a day.

4) Track my nutrition daily.

Keep focused on the end result instead of concentrating
on how hard it will be to break your old habits. Having a
light at the end of the tunnel will make your efforts seem
worthwhile and the reward waiting for you will keep you

Remember its not over until you say it is. You can do anything that you set your mind to if you persist until you achieve what you set out to do. Failure is a part of the journey but it is never fatal or final unless you allow it to be.

Learn from your mistakes and make them a foundation for your success. With each failure you are gaining experience. You are learning what not to do. When you replace wrong actions with the proper ones you improve your results. Do this long enough and you will become skillful

Hi, Linda:

Hope you are really having a great time enjoying the time off work! What are you reading? Anything excellent?

I am still frustrated about not being able to move much--foot is still not healed--Doc says another 2 weeks with the boot. YUCK!!

I am ready to get out in the garden and start working--my raspberries and roses need their spring trim, and of course there are always weeds. The peonies are beginning to show the little buds above ground. Hopefully I will be able to get rid of this boot and start walking again in another 2 weeks. I have had way too much of this enforced inactivity.
