With starting cosmetology school I also started drinking sugary coffee drinks, hoping to swap it out for more water though. Starting to up my intake of fruits and veggies again and plan on baking chicken on weekends for quick meals during the week. I have to stand and move a lot on Monday as its model night at school. I have also started to walk after school about 11pm, not very far but its better than not at all. Arthritis is flared from weather currently so exercise is painful.

Feb '12 I started to eat healthier, I had already met with a dietitian to lay out some ground rules for lowering my cholesterol. The weight started to come off easy cutting the fast food and soda . I have dropped just over 35 lbs since then. I am still struggling to be active outside cleaning. I recently have been thrown off track more times than I care to remember.

My Goals:
Eliminate my health problems with weight loss- pre-prediabetes, high cholesterol, hormone imbalance.

My Program:
Hoping to start eating regular meals again with lean meats, lots of veggies and fruits.

Exercise will be walking to start with and incorporate more as I can do more.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I can't wait to see your vision board. I love mine. The pic in Prescott was, oddly enough, taken in the spring (late March or early April) but there was a cold snap and it was in the 40's with cold wind. I felt woefully under-dressed. But it was fun as always. I love Prescott.
