Resumed (wholeheartedly) January 2013 :)

June 29: 164.6 lbs! I DID IT!!

August 19: 152.8 lbs

GOAL: 165 lbs

Ultimate goal range: 150-165 lbs

POUNDS LOST SINCE JAN: 62.2
TOTAL POUNDS LOST (so far): 77.2!

Good morning, I saw your post on the team page. Welcome back. I just want to suggest you not try any more fad diets. Read up on healthy foods, nutrients that your body needs to work properly, and watch calorie intake. Then find ways to get your exercise at least three days a week. Way to go on joining a gym. Visit Sparkpeople to find friends to cheer you along. When people ask me what my secret is for losing 75 pounds. I tell them there is no secret. You just have to eat right and exercise.
