Thank you for the comment on my blog! I am definitely staying hydrated, at least 100 oz of water a day. :) I have used mucinex before and I like it, but the doctor prescribed me a few medications. So hopefully they'll start to work soon.
Hey! Thanks so much for your comment. I think I was having an issue with WW because I was to focused on trying to eat ALL my DP. I am working on learning to eat only when I am hungry and listening to my body, so if I am forcing myself to eat it is somewhat counterproductive. Especially with all the extra points, I know it is not a diet, but if I have the points to eat a pint of Ben&Jerry's I will do it...
