My Goals:
- Run a 5K
- Lose Weight
- Be Healthier
- Be Happier
- Make working out a habit
- Enjoy life and stop worrying about my body image or lack thereof.

My Program:
Eating healthy and working out! I know that sounds vague but I'm taking it one step at a time.

I'm currently using the 5K program to not only train for a 5K but to also keep up with my cardio.
