I can do it!!
I am a 23 year old college student. I have a fast-paced lifestyle and I can hardly keep up with being healthy. I have gained about 20+ pounds in the last 2 years and now most of my clothes don't fit. I'm ready to get back to being the active, energetic, happy woman I once was!! I know my goal seems really unrealistic in the small time period but I'm going to try my best to succeed and do something for myself for a change!

My Goals:
I want to look and feel better about myself. I want to have my energy and not worry about walking around Italy and being out of breath all the time!
My Program:
I'm going to try to work hard and be dedicated. I have a problem getting motivated, but I think this whole atmosphere at Sparkpeople.com will help!!
Other Information:
I like movies, some TV shows (General Hospital is my fave!), Disney movies, watching football, being outside, going on adventures, and just being active.
