My Goals:
Get to and hold steady around 163.

My Program:
I work out a lot. I did an hour of cardio 5 days a week through both pregnancies - all the way through two weeks over due both times. That was critical to preventing my weight from bouncing up again. Now I'm managing 4-5 days a week of cardio and strength, but am not doing such a good job with the calories. Need to buckle down in that regard.
