I would like to lose at least 1.5lbs a week. I want to do it completely by exercise and healty eating... no pills allowed, except my vitamins... but I want to see if I can do it... so far everything is working...
I puchased some used gym equipment and some free weights. I do video tapes,exercise tv, run(not a big fan of), walk and use my equipment. I try to make sure I do something everyday.
One of my goals is to give aerobic classes at my church to help others to achieve their goal... free of charge...
