- Have successfully TAMED the TV-Munching Habit! YESSS!!!!
- Having a blast doing new workouts
- Boosting energy with vitamin supplements from the Vitamin Shoppe

Sometimes working out is a lot like taking a bite of lemon! But, I can do it! A lot of lemons make... Lemonade!

I live in PA with the great outdoors at my doorstep. My exercise routine thrives on variety and a combination of cardio exercise and fluid movement. I write about nutrition on my blog.

Thank you for your support on my revamped program blog last Sunday. I find that stress is also a major trigger for my IBS and, with effort, I have learned to just let crap go instead of trying to either fix or fight many things. Not worth it to me, my health, or the person I think I am helping. I have considered acupuncture, but right now meditation is working for me (and so much easier). Good luck with your program.

Thank you for your comment on my " You've gained a little weight." blog. I have had people think that I looked sickly when I was lighter. Funny thing is though, according to the charts, that is my healthy weight.
I'll just focus on the "you look nice" part. He was funny, but my head says "what?!".
Good for us......running those hills! Way to go! Run on!
