I'm working toward being healthy - looking good, and feeling good! Motivation is my key. I know I need help to keep me going, so I'm here on Spark to share experiences with others who need help too. I have 30 lbs to loose. I've never actually been at my goal weight (at least that I can remember) and I'm excited to see what that looks like. I have 30 lbs to loose. I've never actually been at my goal weight (at least that I can remember) and I'm excited to see what that looks like. I expect that my planned diet and exercise changes will allow me to lose 10 lbs (if I can stay motivated to keep it up). But I expect the next 20 to be a lot harder, and I'll need to muster a lot of strength to keep going! I appreciate all the help from the other Sparker's! Good luck everyone!
