Hey JFS1010 Looking great.. I am officially 10 pounds away from my original goal. I jogged a mile without stopping yesterday. I walk 2.5 miles a day now. I have cut out the TaeBo for the most part and I am doing different weight lifting routine. I am starting to get some positive results coming in. Thanks for asking. Sarhann- GREAT JOB on the quick walk! I love the walks. It gets me out of the office and gets me feeling better in the middle of the day. I haven't been to good this week, as I have been suffering from Stomach Flu. YUCK!!!!!!!!
I am having trouble with my knee. So I am changing my routine a little. I have to do some research on lunges and squats and easier excersizes for my knee. It was popping a lot while doing the lunges but I fought through it. Now it hurts to do any squats and lunges. I may just have to rely on my walks and tae bo. 2360 days ago
