I saw you were having difficulty getting started. I understand completely. I'm done doing the yo-yo thing. I couldn't do it without sparks. If I don't make myself track my food then I don't lose weight. Getting in that habit is (IMO) the most important thing. It really tells us how much we are eating.

I am sorry u r having a bad time getting started. I am here every day and usually dont talk to anyone in particular. I belong to several groups and dont visit them all everyday. When u need help, just post you need help and u will be surprised how many ppl u dont know that will come running to help u thru. The most important thing I do is write down everything I eat. Save foods u eat a lot of in favorites and as this list grows, it will take less time. Good luck.
