Getting Things Under Control (After Birthing a Child)

I'm back on Spark People after having had my second son. Over the course of about six months, I was able to loose 50 pounds and felt great about myself. Well...I got so healthy...that I got pregnant!
So, here I am now, six months postpartum and trying to get myself back to that healthy place. I've been stress eating since having William, and I need to get that under control.
For now, I am spending the next two weeks getting some of my eating under control. After I feel that ...

Short term goal:
Over the next two weeks I will
1) Eat three meals and three snacks a day
2) Drink 2L of water a day

Hey Spark Friend how have you been. I decided I better get back on here to determine some things since I am taking a whole new approach. I have a trainer now and have gotten involved in weight lifting, and machine weights and increasing my protein. Jenny Craig lost me 40 lbs and I have been at the same weight for a year now, so I figured it is time to take another approach at this. i started weights october 15, 2010 have lost inches but no pounds but prayfully this will make a change for me. My metabolism is mad at me (smile). Good to see you on again, lets keep in touch. How is Koreamgirl doing?
