    Hi

    I couldn't help but think of you when I posted my latest blog entry. It reads:

    "Today was tough day. I did not do at all well on the nutrition front. Ok breakfast, then nothing for 10 hours. A combination of being too busy, poor planning and forgetting to eat.

    Come dinner time, I ate too much of the wrong thing and the cravings came on like never before.

    I *really* did not want to exercise. I can't blame my body either. It had not received the correct fuel. But I made myself do it. I got in 50 minutes on the elliptical. So a bad day 1/2 rescued.

    I'm off now to eat an apple"

    Saw your post about always being hungry.

    My solution is to eat little and often...up to 8 times per day. My biggest meal ends up around 600 calories

    And also, I excecise 1-2 hours after eating. Even a little exercise can stifle those hunger pangs

    Just stopped by to say Hi. Saw your post about being hungry ... even after you eat. Ya know, people told me I would get "use" to it ... but sometimes, I am still hungry, regardless. I try to really listen to my body ... and if I am still hungry, I work hard on making healthy choices.
