KNOW that there is something INSIDE YOU that is GREATER than ANY obstacle.

Feeling frustrated... switching to P90X hasn't jump started anything. I haven't stuck to it at all.

TurboFIRE is the first program I've been able to stick to, but after about 18 weeks, I was feeling sort of bored, and didn't see many results.. I'm going back to the drawing board.

Maybe ChaLEAN Extreme? Maybe TurboFIRE/CE hybrid? Maybe some combination of running, swimming, lifting? I'm not sure yet, but it's time to get back to it, and time to get rid of this weight for good.

My Goals:
Get under 200lbs before my 30th birthday in July.

Love how I look in a pair of sexy jeans.

Be confident and happy in my own skin.

Be fit, strong, and healthy.


My Program:
Good old-fashioned HARD WORK - no gimmicks, no diets, just exercise and counting calories. Trying to eat mostly clean.

Changing my life one habit at a time:

1. Focus on recognizing and curbing emotional eating.

2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

3. Follow the TurboFIRE regular schedule
started: 4/23

Follow the TurboFIRE Prep schedule
started: 2/20
FINISHED!: 4/22

4. Replace one meal or snack with Shakeology




Personal Information:
I'm Becky -- originally from South Jersey, transplanted to Kodiak, Alaska by way of Florida -- complements of the US Coast Guard (aka my husband's job).

I'm a RN, and I know that I need to get healthy :)

We have an 8 year old Jack Russell named Chloe (you can see her standing on my snowshoes)




Other Information:
I love to hike, fish, camp -- anything outdoors really...

If I'm not outside, I'm probably knitting, or working on my BSN online.

I also love taking pictures of anything and everything...

    Doing well, having some sleep issues but still sticking to the primal diet. Did buy some no flour bread I liked this weekend which should have helped increase my glycogen levels but I still could not sleep. Stayed up 23 hrs. on Saturday and still not getting enough.

    So frustrating but hopefully my body will get back in balance.

    Just signed up for an 18 mile charity walk so need to start training. It is in 3 weeks and 1 day after my planned Vegas vacation. Can we see crazy? Hopefully it goes well.

    Just wanted to say hi!

    I am still doing the primal diet and loving it. Not much weight loss but am back in my size 12 pants and seeing results. Low carbs does make me totally cranky though so working on my new found anger issues. :)

    My brother's 5 yr. anniversary is coming up next week so just trying to stay positive since I am a bit depressed.

    I am booking a well needed vacation to Vegas next month. First week of June so hopefully that will help with the blues.

    I LOVE T9! If I could, I would buy every dress in their catalog, lol. As for the BOUNCE bras, I have added several to my cart numerous times but never pulled the trigger, I think because I don't want to spend that much on something I want to not fit anymore in the near future, you know?
