I had my reply all ready for her comment and then I just let it go. I think she really just isn't mentally well and I couldn't exacerbate it. When she attacked first, yes, but she can have the last word. I do feel badly for her.

Cutting carbs isn't too hard but getting them down to 20 is rough.

Yes my doctor recommended I only have 20 carbs per day because I am a diabetic
