Still Working Hard

Looking for a fun way to loose that last 10-12 pounds. Since January I've sworn off pop, drank my 5-8 glasses of water, and used my treadmill, daily. I have lost 11 pounds (Since January). I seem to be stopped. My diet hasn't changed, working out hasn't changed- guess I need to do something different- SPARKPEOPLE is what it is. I'll give it a serious try for 1 month and see if things pick up.

My Goals:
I'm always changing my goals- right now it's to eat healthier and encourage my family to do the same. Some sort of Cardio Everyday is also a goal.

My Program:
I try to run 3 -6 miles a day. I stay at 1200 - 1600 calories. I do some sort of strength training every other day.

Personal Information:
I live in Northern IL. this makes it difficult to get out and exercise from Oct - Feb.

Other Information:
I try to keep track of cal on the weekends but find it difficult. Any tips- so busy!

I started June 2007 and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for at least two months! Good luck and I hope you'll embrace a healthy new lifestyle.
