Stopping by to check on you and make sure you haven't fallen off the face of the earth (like I did. :)) I took a little break while we moved but I'm back now and hoping to get back to better habits. I put 10 of the 30 pounds that I lost back on! Ugh! Oh well... I'm not giving up.
Hope your doing well. I have had a pretty good week so far, and I am hoping for a successful weigh in. One of my other "spark friends" has been going vegetarian for a week at a time, in order to help with the weight loss. I am thinking of trying it too. I need to come up with other protein sources, so I am going to search on spark for articles. I have never done this, so it should be interesting.
