PROGRESSION, NOT PEFECTION

I am a mother of an 8year old girl, a 7year old boy and my newest babyboy who is almost 4months old. Ive been overweight most of my life. However there are times in between where I have lost weight and I did feel very beautiful. I got attention, nice clothes and felt life being worth living. I am a mother of an 8year old girl, a 7year old boy and my newest babyboy who is almost 4months old. Ive been overweight most of my life. However there are times in between where I have lost weight and I did feel very beautiful. I got attention, nice clothes and felt life being worth living. Well the other side of that was when I was overweight. I guess looking back now I felt very depress and felt like life was just a daily goal to get by but not necessarily live. My purpose of life was only to be there for my kids. Although that is still my main purpose, I also recognized that my life includes ME as well, I cannot escape that fact, and I don't want to escape that fact anymore because I now accept myself. I accept myself now, not because I am finally 120lb, in fact I am still at 215lb. I am no longer at my highest of 235lb and I am proud of that but I do still have a long ways to go. But like I said, things aren't different because ive gotten to my goal weight, things are different because I changed my mindset about myself. At 215lb, I feel better about myself now than when I was at 125lb in high school. Why? because now I am finally (at age 28) learning how to love, respect and take care of MYSELF. Is everyday perfect? No, I still have my days but everyday I try to do something good for myself, give myself a compliment and do some kind of exercise to remind myself that my body needs some lovin and last and most importantly, I try to put something healthy in my body. The start to weight loss and not the diet nor the exercise plan, it is going deep within your heart and soul and accepting yourself just the way you are and loving yourself and everything else will just flow.

My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy and live a long life for me and my kids.

My Program:
I go to the gym 3x's/week. I do cardio for 30mns, and weight for another 30mns. I go squats and abs everything. I usually have a tall glass of green smoothie for breakfast. For lunch I usually have a big salad with any protein I want. For dinner, I have a portioned meal containing protein, starch and veggies.

Personal Information:
I am 28years old. I have been married for my amazing husband for 10years. Together we have 3 wondering kids ages 8, 7 and 4months. I have been overweight for most of my life and I am working on being at a healthy weight and maintaining it for the rest of my life.

Other Information:
Don't let your weight affect your life. live your life for the now and work at your goal everyday, don't rush it because it is a lifestyle goal. Don't wait until you are at a goal weight to start living the life you want. live your life to the fullest, love yourself, love your family be thankful for what you have and everything else will just fall into place.
