PROGRESSION, NOT PERFECTION
Hi everyone. Well I am here to document my daily diet and exercise. I did very well 2009. I started 2009 off at 200lb. July i got down to 173lb. I had surgery and since then I went back up to 185lb which I am currently at. I just kept making excuses and I would binge on food during the holidays. I feel miserable and fat and unhealthy so that is why I am here to get motivation as well as motivate others. So now the journey starts. View my blogs for my daily journal/pictures.

My Goals:
I would like to get to my goal weight of 130lb by February 2011. I want to loose it slowly but surely.
My Program:
I am going to be on a 1300calorie diet that includes servings of 4 starches, 5 protein, 3 dairy, 2 fat, 3 fruits and 3 vegetables. I will start out at 3 workouts per week and increase it monthly.
Personal Information:
I am 25. I have 2 beautiful kids (Carmela-4, and justin-3). I've been marriage since September 05, 2003 to my awesome husband, Will.
Other Information:
I have a desk job, therefore my activity level during the day is pretty low. I try to walk during my breaks and my lunch.
