I am a 55 year ' young ' lady with 2 daughters, both living in the Netherlands, I know for some time that I have to loose some weight, but now I am determined to loose it for real. I live on the beautiful island Curacao, an island in the Caribbean.
My biggest achievement for now is no Coca Cola !

My Goals:
Several times I lost the weight and gained it all (or more) back.
Now I want to loose it and keep it off.
Be able to wear that sexy dress to our christmas party !
My Program:
I started a program were we do fitness 3 times a week, water aerobics once a month and of course I keep a diet. Not by the book but what I like and what I know is good to help me loose the weight and still not being hungry all the time.
Personal Information:
I live in Curacao, an island in the Caribbean. I am a nurse, secretary and I keep 2 jobs. I love to work in my garden, I have 2 dogs, 2 parakeets. Vacation is coming up and have a lot of plans. Painting the house, replanting most of my plants, cleaning the house etc etc.
Other Information:
Love to read, watch television, CSI, Strong Medicine, any movie with Denzell Washington !
