I am an RN and work 2nd shift, and find myself snacking mindlessly when I get home at midnight! My weight has slowly crept higher over the last few years, and now that I'm in my 40's, losing weight is becoming more difficult. I need to make changes now to get back on track, and help lower my family risk of diabetes and heart disease.
