My Goals:
hmm my goals..... lose a minimum of 45 pounds, lower my ridiculously high cholesterol and triglicerides, amd learn to manage my diabetes rather than it manage me!

My Program:
Definitely watching what I eat, counting calories of course, watching the cholesterol and fat contents in the foods I buy and excercising every day. Thank heaven I have such a supportive husband!!!!

It is what it is so lets deal with it!
