My Goals:
My goal is to weigh less than my husband, so 155/160 would be great. I tend to do short term weight loss goals, lots of weight to loss tends to discourage me. I rather achieve a goal and then set a new one.

My Program:
I summer in CO and winter in AZ where I have 2 buddies. We weigh in and check in on our progress once a week. Have even started a weight loss group in our park that I hope to turn into a Sparks Team. I KNOW it will help them and keep me motivated even more.

Personal Information:
I am 75 years old, married to the same wonderful man for 57 years this next October; We have 2 daughters and 3 sons, plus 8 grandchildren. I have been dieting it seems most of my life. Now I found this site and hope that it will get me back on track. I have lost sight in my left eye, (and some in my right), due to Macular Degeneration, but I love to quilt and with the help of magnifiers I can still do a decent job.. I can't exercise to much as I have a bad back due to a fall 5 years ago, I may have back surgery in the near future, but I do what exercise's I can. I am hoping that losing some of this weigh will help relieve some of the back pain. I am now in Colorado for the summer months, (to escape the heat and monsoons in Arizona), but head south mid-October a healthier and "lighter" me..

Thanks so much for welcoming me to the team. I am really excited to start, but am not liking the exercising. I am getting my 10,000 plus steps a day atleast. I am finally getting acclimated to the commitment. Anyway, Colorado is home? My sister lives in Littleton. I was there last summer. We went to Breckenridge. Absolutely beautiful! I loved it so much, but I got altitude sickness. ANd my chronic siuns issues for the first time in my life did not bother me. Once again thanks for the warm welcome. much appreciated!
