Sounds like you are motivated and ready to reach your fitness and health goals! I work overnights as well. I like it since it forces me to be disciplined and on top of my exercise, nutrition and overall health!
I do a lot of walking, hiking, dancing, cardio and strength training at this point in time! Good luck with the squats and plyometrics!
