Thank you for checking up on my food tracking! Yes, I've been perfect this week. I've tracked every morsel - even the 2 beers I had last night - I tracked them and stayed under my calories! Woohoo!

That works for me: report daily? every other day?

My problem is I eat a lot of crap. I am enjoying my healthier carbs, and I am still working to only do 1 a meal, but I have allowed a carby snack too, popcorn is the choice of today.
