I completely agree about planning your meals and snacks! If I get something out of the freezer (especially fish or something that I don't want to keep for the next day) and plan what I'm making for dinner, its much easier for me to stay strong and not want to go out to eat. Lunch has been easy in this hotel in FL because I can't really go out and get something else without a big production and I don't have any snacks in here besides the healthy stuff. For dinner - each morning I tell Brett, "Now Brett, you are going to come home from work today and we are going to go straight to the gym and then eat a salad for dinner at the hotel restaurant, right??" He thinks I'm silly - "Why do you keep asking me that? Yes, that is what we are doing!!" Hi! I saw on the huddle that you have fallen off of the wagon. First off, I thought that was a great way to catch someone's attention! I hope that you can miss being run over and can jump back aboard. Weight loss is definitely a struggle. I've had a slip up and I need to get back on track too.
