My secret is that I use the Fitbit, I have since March. Now that it syncs to SP I am able to use that as my daily exercise minutes. I don't have to do anything either. That is how I have so many minutes. I get about 3 miles in at work, and it records that with minutes ( like not 8 hours and I only got 3 miles but like 75 minutes and I got 2.6 miles something like that) I don't have to figure out any of that anymore. I can also set the fitbit for an activity like the gym, and start and stop it. It records in on Fitbit, but adds it to spark people with my daily entry. It's. to SP. It takes some time to adjust from a lifetime of working to a shift without the same parameters. BUT...I will tell you from experience that it gets better. I took early retirement and it was a Godsend as my DH had some serious medical issues for a few years, now though...I'm so enjoying it. I am busier than ever. I volunteer (which I love) and have done more things out of my comfort zone that I probably have done in my entire life.
