I can and will!
My names Louann, I'm an active participate in the Winter challenge (cats team! GO US) Everyone here at Spark people has been so supportive and great to me and I hope I can live up to others and do the same for everyone else. I've become a lover exercise I never thought that would happen. I used to loathe it with a passion now I can barely let a day go by without exercising for at least an hour :) I also love making new friends and I'm thrilled with all the new friends I've made so far.

My names Louann and I'm from Michigan (US). I live with my fiancee and our "kids" which include 3 dogs 3 cats and bird, some fish lizards and frogs. Keeps me busy a lot.
Other Information:
Some things I like to do in my spare time are play with the "kids", go for walks, read, listen to music, watch a good movie, do some puzzles and just relax and take a load off.
