Hi, I'm LotzaLady and I've tried just about every diet out there. In fact, I've pretty much dieted myself up to the weight I'm at now. I'm a 56 year old grandmother with a lot of medical problems, but, i'm not ready to give up yet!

My Goals:
To Lose back down to where I was when I was sparking!
To stay within my carb limits.

My Program:
I'm working on my nutrition this week. Then next week I'll add dancing and start working on 15 minutes 3 or 4 days a week to start.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from West Virginia, but transplanted to the Nashville, TN area two years ago. I've been over weight all my life (went through some bad stuff when I was a kid). Happily married with 2 daughters, 6 grandson s (2 by my oldest daughter and 4 by love), 4 grand daughters by my youngest daughter, 1 great-grandson, and a great- grand daughter due in July 2009. I love the Lord and am active in my church, singing and teaching among other things.

You made the best decision you could by joining Sparkpeople, because you can reach your goals here and have the health and fitness you want. Love and be good to yourself. You deserve it! Come sign in every single day and be honest with yourself. Set small goals and don't try to be perfect, because that doesn't work. Don't QUIT. We are all here to support you.
