My ultimate goal would be to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail - 2650 miles, takes around 5 months. Aside from that I don't want to enter old age out of shape, I don't think it has to be painful. I am currently exploring my season weight fluctuations to avoid winter weight gain.
I do a yoga class and a bootcamp class once a week. Then I intersperse that with exercise dvds and and going for walks. Summer is more outdoor stuff including hikes and a few backpacking trips. I would like to get into biking.
