I'm making plans
This is my second attempt at being sensible and learning new healthy habits. Last year I joined Spark People and enjoyed going to the gym, swimming, running, walking etc and then BANG I crashed and burned and seriously fell off of the wagon - I ate and ate and ate and here I am, back with renewed vigor and a more sensible approach. I've been smoke free now for more than 15 months and it's time to tackle my other vice...food and lack of movement. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I'm not ...
I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I'm not enjoying how this feels or looks. So onwards and upwards and time to shake my booty into action - but gently does it, no more crazy 'go for the burn' and definitely no more 'reach for the bun' either - somewhere in between would suit me just fine. Looking forward to meeting the new me in a few months time. Reminder that 8 glasses of water a day equates to:- 1 glass of water = 8 fl.oz = 236.588238 ml 8 (8 fl.oz glasses)= 1.8927059 ltr

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight steadily but noticeably!!!
My Program:
Morning walk/jog Wii Fit Plus yoga and strength routine 30 min of free step
Personal Information:
I haven't been overweight all my life but started piling on the weight when I quit smoking - so I allowed myself to get as large as I am now. It took me 15 months to get this large and so it will probably take 15 months of hard work to make a noticeable difference. But I'm up for a challenge. :o)
Other Information:
I'm enjoying browsing through YouTube to find handy hinters - it helped a lot when I quit smoking. If anyone is smoking and wants to quit then there is no time like the present!! :o)
