Lotta's 2011 goal!

Hi, I'm Lotta. A 40 year old divorced mother of 2 boys (15 & 20 yrs old).

My goal for the year 2011 has changed. I've moved back to my home town of Chicago, started a new job and am now embarking on making a new life for myself.

I've done "The Master Cleanse" Lemonade Diet/Flush and was sort of successful. I Lost a total of 15 pounds over a 9 day period and then on the 10th day I was around alot of food and just jumped right in head first (with my mouth wide open! ...

My goal for the year 2011 has changed. I've moved back to my home town of Chicago, started a new job and am now embarking on making a new life for myself.

I've done "The Master Cleanse" Lemonade Diet/Flush and was sort of successful. I Lost a total of 15 pounds over a 9 day period and then on the 10th day I was around alot of food and just jumped right in head first (with my mouth wide open! lol).

I've decided to try the HCG diet and lose 65-66lbs. I've seen so many people have success on this diet and now I'm going to try it. If this doesn't work (which i know it will) I'm going to try for the lap band.

I really believe I can do it. I just need a little encouragement and discipline, commitment and prayer!

For now, I just want to live healthy, breathe freshly and love unconditionally.

Hi all, I'm back. I've been away for awhile and sad to say I've gained all my weight back and then some.
Today is July 13 and I'm starting again. No time like the present right? Wish me much success people, I can use it!

My Goals:
To reach 175, a weight loss goal og 65-66lbs

My Program:
HCG diet (HCG drops and 500-700 calerie diet) 5 days a week with strength training.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Chicago but have been a resident of Indianapolis/surrounding areas for the past 12 years. Right now I work alot of crazy hours so it's hard for me to stick to anything!

Other Information:
I am trying to be the best christian I can be. I love all shows and books that are inspirational. I have several books by Joyce Meyer and I love Joel Osteen. I love all kinds of music but right now I listen to gospel and some Neo-Soul/Jazz music.
