I'm joining this site about halfway through my weight loss goal. I've already lost 30 lbs, and I can officially fit into my skinny jeans! But I still have a lot of body fat, so my goal is to lose another 20-30 lbs.

I also want to be more toned, but just detest all forms of exercise. So for now, I'm concentrating on just becoming slimmer in general.

My Goals:
I want to be able to fit in all my old clothes!!! Essentially, that means I want to be a size 6 and around 120-130 lbs.

My Program:
My diet is very restrictive because I try to only eat food that I cook myself. I don't eat any carbs (breads, grains, etc.), oils, butters, sugars, or salt (except sea salt). I drink 2 liters of water a day, which is why I call this the "inconvenient diet." For each meal, I eat a non-starchy vegetable and small amount of very lean meat. I sometimes add an apple or orange to a meal or a small piece of reduced-fat cheese.

Personal Information:
My Name: Christy

My Age: 23

My Profession: Freelance Film & Video Editor & Fantasy Novelist

My Current Job: creating visual effects for The Vampire Diaries, Smallville, Breaking Bad, and The Good Guys.

Other Information:
I don't eat anything that has an ingredient I can't pronounce or more than 5 ingredients in it.

The idea is that the human body is made to eat food, and most things we eat nowadays aren't food! It's all been processed and chemicals have been added, and your body just doesn't know what to do with it!
