SMALL STEPS LEAD TO BIG CHANGES, PRAISE GOD

I started to gain weight when I was 6-7 years old, so I have been oveweight most of my life. I have tried prob. every diet out there and nothing has worked; but I dont think I was in the right mind set.
A few years ago I lost around 70 lbs then had some emotional problems with people in my life and gained half of it back. I have picked myself up an feel that I am ready to get healthy in all areas of my life.

I'm doing great with the program. Week 5 was tougher to get motivated - so I opted to do a couple of alternate workouts and now back at it... to the Finish!
