ch-ch-ch-ch-changes...

I am tired...tired of eating everything in sight, tired of no sleeping well, tired of wearing only 2 pairs of pants that currently fit, tired of feeling like crap.

I know what to do, I have done it before, and I need to make some serious changes. I feel my own negativity affecting my family and work life, and it needs to stop. I have never felt like such a downer in my life and I don't like it one little bit!

My Goals:
Joining the Winter 5% challenge, my goals are:
1. Lose the 5 %
2. Stay committed
3. Stay positive, everyone has bad days and "stuff" to deal with, but only I choose how those things affect me. I choose to rise above.
4. wear my fitbit every day, do strength training every day, even if it's 5 pushups before bed.
5. pack a lunch every day. My waisline and bank account will both benefit.

My Program:
I am using the spark tracker and recommendations as a starting point, but really trying to focus on increasing my protein and eating whole foods. I am slowly cutting out processed, bagged, and boxed foods from my diet.

Personal Information:
I live in MI with my husband, 2 kids and a dog. We are always on the go, not getting enough family time. I am an introvert (not antisocial), so I need quiet time/alone time to recharge. This is very challenging for me.
