Am easily distracted by bright shiny objects

Changing habits that have had years to dig deeply into me are slowly being changed. There are relapses and challenges but all one can do is dust themselves off and get back to it.
Still trying to get to the point where exercise and being active is more second nature and being still and sedimentary for to long feels off. But step by step it is going. Eating habits are changing more due to families medical necessity then anything. Sadly I wish the need wasn’t there and it was just because ...

My Goals:
short term goals:
-plan menu for each week
-set weekly goals and rewards
-follow the plan (and get the rewards)
-track food, water, activity (ie everything)
-get to gym/activities at least 3 times a week

long term:
get healthier
get more active
fit in smaller clothes
hmmm......

My Program:
create a weekly:
- menu for almost all meals during the week
-tracking
--goals, rewards
--food, water, activity, vitamin tracking
-evaluate what is working and what isn't on a weekly/monthly basis

Thanks for the blog comment! I can't wait for the day that I get to run at WDW. For now, I'll settle for making it through a 7 day trip there without pain from all the walking! I won't be there for the 2011 Marathon weekend, but 2012 is a possibility. I'll keep watching your progress. I can't wait to hear that you ran your first 5k. Good Luck!
