Changing habits that have had years to dig deeply into me are slowly being changed. There are relapses and challenges but all one can do is dust themselves off and get back to it.
Still trying to get to the point where exercise and being active is more second nature and being still and sedimentary for to long feels off. But step by step it is going. Eating habits are changing more due to families medical necessity then anything. Sadly I wish the need wasnít there and it was just because ...

Thanks for your compliment on my plushie Dalek costume! I'll never make a costume that gets a bigger response at a convention; I felt like a rock star!

I grew up watching "classic Who" too, and I now enjoy "New Who." I have to admit, I was leery of "New Who," fearing that the new show wouldn't understand Doctor Who. But when I saw the twinkle in Christopher Eccleston's eyes, I thought,"THERE'S MY DOCTOR!"

The sad thing is, it didnít take THAT much time to put it on. If Charlie licked/slobbered all over the mirror my problem would be gone! I have tried looking through a window that he has licked/slobbered, I would look like a super model!

Welcome to the Everything Japanese team! I'm glad that you've joined! We're having fun chatting about Japan while working on our healthier lifestyles.

Fee free to introduce yourself to the team. Chat and play some games with us too! The first posting in each game thread gives the rules for the game.

Do... you happen to like anime and/or manga? Just wondering, because I do. Have you ever been to Japan? I haven't, but some of the other members of the team have--lucky!

Anyway, welcome!
