Am easily distracted by bright shiny objects

Changing habits that have had years to dig deeply into me are slowly being changed. There are relapses and challenges but all one can do is dust themselves off and get back to it.
Still trying to get to the point where exercise and being active is more second nature and being still and sedimentary for to long feels off. But step by step it is going. Eating habits are changing more due to families medical necessity then anything. Sadly I wish the need wasnt there and it was just because ...

short term goals:
-plan menu for each week
-set weekly goals and rewards
-follow the plan (and get the rewards)
-track food, water, activity (ie everything)
-get to gym/activities at least 3 times a week

long term:
get healthier
get more active
fit in smaller clothes
hmmm......

My Program:
create a weekly:
- menu for almost all meals during the week
-tracking
--goals, rewards
--food, water, activity, vitamin tracking
-evaluate what is working and what isn't on a weekly/monthly basis

#2 - It is always nice to see HIM
#3 - Test review (good way to earn missing points back)
#4 - I get to see HIM
