I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 13. I have always been overweight
My highest weight was 215 lbs. I have lost weight and always gained it back. This time I want to lose 52 lbs and learn how to keep it off. I can use all the help that I can get. I need the support to keep on track.

I am now a grandmother of 15 and number 16 is on the way.
I am trying to cut out all sugar,some carbs like bread, and eating
more fish and lean protein.

The most important item is that I have asked God to come back into my life. He is a very important piece of it and I forgot that.

My Goals:
1st goal: to lose a pound a
week
2nd goal: cut out all sugar
and 0 calorie sugar altogether
3rd goal:want to lose 40 lbs by 4-1-14

My Program:
1.Have God in the forfront of my life.
2: eat more fish and protein
3:learn to love exercise
4:learn new things for a sharper mind

Personal Information:
I have just moved to Hagerstown,MD in February of this year. I do most of my exercising at
home(can't afford a gym).
I now have 15 grandchildren and #16 on the way. I am just starting
to go back to church and
just started to read the Bible.

Other Information:
I love to read(something I learned from my dad at an early age). I crochet and plan to learn to knit(My mom tried to teach me when I was learning to crochet but I always had holes in the items). I love to go to flea markets and garage sales especially with my mom. I love to walk. I like to do craftsy things.

Remember today you are worth the love you have for others.
Today you will fight the good fight.
You will honor yourself, by fighting your demons.
Feed yourself the love that you have for God and others, to yourself.
Nourish your soul with foods that make you want to be happy.
Don't put yourself, on the bottom of your list.
Represent what it is you give out to others.

The last three weeks, i was in a computer store three times trying to fix my computer.My computer had over 51 things wrong, 3 virus, and was dropped, I lost some of my hard drive and wasn't getting any email alerts. so now I am back, and the only think I need to work about is the new program in my computer of 8.1 Windows. eva
