Good luck on your upcoming races!! You can do it! I gained several pounds towards the end of my marathon training, and I thought I'd loose them after the race...but that didn't happen. Granted, I lost a LOT toward the beginning, so I guess I was just about even toward the end. It's so stressful on your body, just get through it!
I ran the Cleveland Half last year. I won't go into that experience. The medal is super cute though!! I'll think of you!! We should get together on the Towpath!! I miss having a running buddy...but I haven't been running as much, you'll have to slow waaaay down for me!! 1452 days ago
