Inch by inch, day by day

I don't need to be a skinny girl, just want to be a size 14! I think my diet is reasonable but portion control and weekends are noticeable bumps in the road. I've been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds for the last 2 years and I'm damned tired of it!

My Goals:
Right now I'd be happy if I could just put together 3 weeks of weight loss in a row.

My Program:
I went to Weight Watchers all last year and I'm still in the same place. WW is a good program and has worked for me before, but isn't working now. I am concentrating on portion control and nutrition tracking.

Personal Information:
I live in Iowa. I am employed full time in corporate communications. I have two dogs and love to garden.
