It wasn't "slow" exactly. I mean, I still did 60 minutes everyday, which is still a lot of time. And I still lost over 2 1/2 lbs. I just didn't do my extra time that I do a lot. My goal has always been to do at least 60 minutes a day, and I still accomplished that. BUT I didn't do those days when I do 90-100 minutes that I love so much, and that's what I need to be doing at least 3 days each week.
