I've come a long way, but the hard part begins now.
Since August 2007 I have accomplished things I never thought possible. I have lost over 85 pounds (so far), gone from a size 18 to a size 2/4 in jeans. And overall feel better, look better, and just have more energy. I decided to make a lifestyle change, the kind of change most people consider but don't actually fall through on, I know I was one of those people. I decided to make a lifestyle change, the kind of change most people consider but don't actually fall through on, I know I was one of those people. I'm no expert, but I now use blogs (http://kimberly838.vox.com) to talk about what I've learned, and what I am still learning everyday about living a healthy lifestyle. This was not my first attempt at losing weight, I've struggled with my weight most of my life. Always been the "bigger" girl, would do some extreme and unhealthy things when I was younger, I know better now, and have finally had success. I hope to pass along my journey and what I've learned to others and also to hopefully help or inspire someone else too. I'm just another girl who tries to manage it all, while somehow finds the time for everything, including working out. I'm just here to hopefully not undo the hard work, and lose these last few stubborn pounds.

Workout with trainer 3 times a week. cardio strength training HIIT ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Running 1 mile 3 times a week for time ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Eat a healthy diet, only "diet" when trying for certain goals. As diets are temporary in nature. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ 1100-1400 calories a day
