My Goals:
My goal is to lose 60 pounds in the next year. I also want to be able to bound up 50 flights of stairs like an ecstatic gazelle in Aprl.

Read your blog. Sometimes I think we concentrate too much on 'what will I eat?'. BTDT. It might help to concentrate on feeling healthy and strong. Doing exercise makes you want to experience that feeling again. (Just avoid taking more than a day off--somehow that euphoria wears off then. lol)

I'm serious about the concentration thing, tho. Also, I've enjoyed taking on a new way of cooking, changing things up that way. Keeps cooking from being boring when we do it for years! Grab a new cookbook or appliance and get experimenting! :)

Hey there.........OOOHHHHH, now I understand your blog about the stair climbing! Sounds like a good and valiant effort, but please keep it interesting for yourself. Otherwise, madness might ensue! Best of luck in reaching your goals!
