Finding My HAPPY

Before I got pregnant I was 125 pounds. I gained 50 pounds with my pregnancy and I lost around 20 pounds after giving birth, but then I gained it all back and then some. That was four years ago. The way I feel about myself affects my marriage and my everyday life. My husband says I shouldn't change a thing and that he loves me just the same, but its not about him. Its how I feel about myself. I want to be confident. I just want to be happy and healthy again. I want my life back. I have tried several times to lose weight and I always fail, but not this time! I'm in it for the long haul. I have realized that the weight isn't going to just fall off immediately and I have to work hard. By this time next year I want to be able to say "I did it".

My Goals:
I want to be healthy, happy, and active and set a good example for my son.

My Program:
I am tracking my calories and keeping a food journal. I eat 1200 calories per day (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner ). I drink 80 - 100 ounces of water per day. I work out 30 mintues 3 times a week when I can and I do 30 crunches a night.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Yukon, Oklahoma but I am now living in Broken Arrow, Ok.

I didn't measure and i'm thinking i really should...My jeans fit me a little loose today and i feel the difference in my energy as well! I am sleeping much better to. What kind of workouts are you doing?
