I am Niki. I am 43 years old. After taking anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medications, I was left at 189 pounds, 42% body fat, and struggling to fit into a size 16-18. Being small framed and 5ft 2 carrying around 89 pounds was like carrying an extra person. In one year I lost 89 pounds, got my body fat to 16%, lost over 70 inches,and wear a size 2-4. I achieved my results by calorie counting, 7 day a week 2 hour work out sessions including 1 hour cardio and 1 hour strength training sessions. I drank 12 glasses of water a day. I followed my calorie plan six days a week and allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted on Sundays. After getting to 102 lbs, I was a bit under weight. I decided to work really hard and put on about 8 pounds of muscle. I feel stronger, leaner, and healthier at 110 pounds. I maintain my weight by working out 6 days a week 2 hours a day. I do 1 hour full body strength training and 1 hour of cardio . I split and rotate the cardio to include the eliptical, bike, incline treadmill, and boxing. I also love to hike and walk my dogs. I take one full rest day a week to let my body relax. I maintain my weight by eating 1300 -1600 calories a day. I still eat whatever I want on Sundays. I do not drink alcohol or caffeine, and I enjoy a vegetarian lifestyle. I am a homemaker, I keep moving all day. I dance while dusting, jog in place while folding laundry . I challenge myself to get 15k-25k steps per day. I love animals, my husband and I have 5 rescue cats ( 4 siamese 1 korat) and 2 dogs a dachshund and a Queensland heeler. I also care for a feral cat colony. Current Weight 110 Starting Weight 189. My Goals:
To loose weight, weigh 110 or below, build muscle, maintain my weight, maintain my healthy diet. Done!


My Program:
I started my journey at 189 pounds. To loose the weight I ate 1200 calories a day six days a week and ate what I wanted to one day a week. I worked out 7 days a week 2 hours per day, 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of full body strength training, To maintain I eat 1300-1600 calories 6 days per week and eat what I want on Sundays. I work out 6 days a week 2 hours per day 1 hour of full body strength training, and 1 hour of cardio. I mix up my cardio with elliptical, incline treadmill, bike, and boxing. I also enjoy hiking and walking my dogs. I challenge myself to get 15K-25K steps per day. I am a homemaker and I make to keep moving dance while dusting, jog in place folding laundry, march in place while mopping. I take one day off a week to let my body rest.



Personal Information:
I live in New Mexico, I am originally from California. I love the desert southwest. I am an avid animal lover and enjoy a vegetarian lifestyle. My husband and I have 5 rescue cats (4 Siamese, 1 korat) and two rescue dogs ( mini dachshund and a queensland heeler). I also care for a large feral cat colony. I am a happily married homemaker.

I am a huge Dallas Cowboy fan. Im addicted to binge watching tv series. I binge watch while I work out. I am addicted to Comcast, Netflix, hulu, and amazon. I am a huge fan of supernatural tv shows, post apocalyptic shows, and of course good dramas.
