I am Niki. I am 43 years old. After taking anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medications, I was left at 189 pounds, 42% body fat, and struggling to fit into a size 16-18. Being small framed and 5ft 2 carrying around 89 pounds was like carrying an extra person. In one year I lost 89 pounds, got my body fat to 16%, lost 75 inches,and wear a size 2-4. I achieved my results by calorie counting, 7 day a week 2 hour work out sessions including 1 hour cardio and 1 hour strength training sessions. I drank 16 glasses of water a day. I followed my calorie plan six days a week and allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted on Sundays. Lessen depression and anxiety symptoms naturally with exercise. Done!


My Program:
I work out 2 hours a day 6 days a week including 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of full body strength training. I count calories and drink 12-16 glasses of water a day 6 days a week.
I take Sundays as a free day and eat whatever I want. I have been caffeine free for over 2 and a half years!



Personal Information:
I live in New Mexico. I love the desert southwest.
I am happily married and have 4 siamese cats, 1 korat cat, 1 mini dachshund, and 1 mini dachshund welsh corgi(dorgi).


Other Information:
I am a huge Dallas Cowboy fan. Im addicted to binge watching tv series.I love HBO. Showtime, and Netflix. I love to read. I am a fitness junkie!

Appreciated your blog showing the weekly stats and could see how staying at a certain caloric range and upping the exercise made a difference in your weight loss, so thanks for posting that.
